1. Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Arrow Puzzle. If the law where you live requires parental consent at a higher age, you may use the service only with that consent. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Guest and Telegram play
Guest play may store progress only in the current browser and can be lost when storage is cleared. Telegram play can connect your Telegram identity to server-stored progress and optional account features. You are responsible for access to your device and Telegram account.
3. Fair play
Do not automate play, alter requests, exploit defects, create false referrals, manipulate scores, bypass limits, interfere with the service, access another account, or use the game for unlawful activity. Report serious mistakes rather than using them for an unfair result.
We may correct scores, balances, competition results, or rewards affected by an error, abuse, or fraud.
4. Coins, balances, and rewards
Coins, balances, hints, lives, entries, and similar game items are limited, revocable service features. They are not deposits, investments, or guaranteed cash value. Rules, availability, values, and eligibility may change.
A displayed reward is not guaranteed until all stated conditions and fair play checks are complete. Taxes, fees, account accuracy, and legal eligibility remain the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
5. Competitions and withdrawals
Competition dates, pools, ranking methods, tie rules, eligibility, and payment terms are the rules shown for that event. We may remove invalid results or cancel an event affected by a technical or integrity problem.
Withdrawal requests can require a minimum balance, supported payout details, verification, review, and processing time. A request may be rejected or held when information is incomplete, activity appears abusive, payment is not legally available, or the balance resulted from an error.
6. Advertising
The game may show third-party advertising, including optional rewarded ads when enabled. Watching an ad does not guarantee availability of future ads or rewards. Third-party advertisers are responsible for their own content and services.
Google AdSense website ads are not enabled in this release. If added later, advertising and consent information will be updated before activation.
7. Ownership and permitted use
The site, game code, original artwork, writing, branding, and level systems belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal play. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected parts except where law expressly permits.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably needed to protect players, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, follow law, or secure the service. Where practical, we will use a proportionate response. You can stop using the service at any time and may contact us about account deletion.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Arrow Puzzle available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features can be changed, paused, or removed for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or product reasons. Progress may be affected by serious failures despite reasonable safeguards.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided as available to the extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing rules and contact
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator and your use of the service, including any mandatory consumer protections in your location. Courts and dispute processes are determined by applicable law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
