1. Who is responsible
Arrow Puzzle operates Arrow Puzzle and is responsible for the information described here. You can send privacy questions or rights requests through the Contact page.
2. Information we collect
When you play through Telegram, we may receive your Telegram user ID, display name, username, language, profile details made available to the Mini App, and signed launch data used to verify the session.
We store game information such as level progress, arrows cleared, lives, hints, coins, balances, daily activity, leaderboard results, guild activity, referrals, tasks, competitions, and reward or withdrawal records when those features are used.
When you contact support, we store your name, email, subject, message, status, and a one-way identifier made from connection information to control abuse. We may also process basic device, browser, request, and error information needed for security and reliability.
3. Browser storage
Guest play, theme choice, session state, and game preferences may be kept in local storage or similar essential browser storage. Removing it can reset guest progress or preferences. See the Cookies page for more detail.
4. Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the game, save progress, operate leaderboards and optional community features, process eligible rewards or withdrawals, prevent cheating and abuse, answer messages, diagnose errors, and meet legal duties.
We process account and game data to deliver the service you request. Security, fraud control, and product improvement rely on our legitimate interests where the law allows. Consent is used when required for non-essential advertising storage.
5. Advertising and third parties
If Adsgram ads are enabled inside the game, Adsgram may process device, interaction, and advertising information under its own terms. Telegram also processes information under its own privacy rules.
Google AdSense is not active on this website at this time. If it is enabled later, this policy will identify Google advertising use, and visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be shown a Google-certified consent tool before consent-based advertising storage is used.
Service providers such as hosting, database, security, and payout partners may process only the information needed for their work. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep active account and progress data while the service or account is in use. Competition, reward, withdrawal, security, and audit records may be kept longer when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a reasonable support record.
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. Backups can retain copies for a limited recovery period.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent when processing depends on consent. Contact us to make a request. We may ask for reasonable proof that the account or email belongs to you.
You can remove local browser data in your browser settings and control Telegram permissions through Telegram. These actions can affect saved progress and connected features.
8. Security and international processing
We use access controls, signed sessions, limited admin access, validation, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can promise complete security. Service providers may process information in countries with different data protection laws, using safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Children
Arrow Puzzle is intended for people aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a younger child submitted information should contact us so we can review and remove it.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the game, providers, advertising, or law changes. The updated date will change, and important changes may also be shown in the game or website.
